By the way I was watching Mr and Mrs Smith on FX yesterday (and then saw it again because I was too lazy to change the channel for the rerun) and…well that’s it. There is some sort of subtle connection here I was trying to make between those two, I know it.

Does it mean no more awesome Halloween costumes? Say it ain’t so!

The famous couple is now calling it quits after 6+ years of marriage and 3 biological children. As always, it’s been chalked up to “irreconcilable differences,” which can mean a wild array of things, like cheating, puppy abuse, leaving the toilet seat up, etc. etc.  As disheartening as it may be for all of us out there who placed their marriage atop a pedestal, the Hollywood circuit takes yet another casualty.
